For windows, just download the font (Solaiman Lipi) and install (or copy) it inside C:\Windows\Fonts (WinNT can replace Windows folder when the latter is absent). Then go to tools->internet options, click on Fonts button, select Bengali from language script drop down, choose SolaimanLipi as Webpage Font. Then refresh the browser twice. That should be sufficient for you. If this does not solve your problem, you may need to read the rest of the page and visit a few of the websites linked below.
